What is your shipping Policy?
Orders placed for prints will ship through FedEx to Canada and the United States. Orders take 2-5 business days to ship once the items leave the print lab facility. A tracking number will be emailed to you to follow your order's progress. Each print is packaged carefully so it arrives safely. International shipping may require additional processing and fees. If you are an International customer, please call my printing partner directly at 1-647-725-3433 or email james@printpartner.ca and ask about rates for shipping to your destination. Please include details regarding the item you would like to purcase from Sage & Balm such as size, medium, framing/matting, and photograph title. If you hit any snags, feel free to contact me directly at sageandbalm@gmail.com.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I want you to be 100% happy with your art print. If a print arrives damaged or has defects in the materials, please photograph the damages and email James at james@printpartner.ca to submit a claim. Damages include any tears, warping, fading, bubbling, scratches, or loose canvas. My print partner will reprint the damaged print and get it out to you ASAP.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is very valuable to me, and I make a priority to never encroach on your confidentiality. I will never use your email contact, address, name, phone number, billing info, payment info, or personal info for anything other than processing transactions on this website, or for communicating with you upon your initiation. No info of any kind is sold to third parties. All info used here is used strictly for transactions and shipping/billing info. Your mailing address, full name, and phone number will be used by my print lab "Print Partner" (www.printpartner.ca) to fulfill any orders placed through this website. If you sign up for my email newsletter, your email address will be used strictly for updates on my items, and not for spam or solicitation. I have taken strides to be GDPR compliant to protect the data of ALL customers, and not just those residing in the EU. If you are a resident of the EU, you may request data that I have collected to be sent to you. All customers must first consent to the use of cookies to enable use of this website. At any point upon subscribing to my email newsletter, you are free to unsubcribe from this list and your email address will not be used to send notifications to without your prior consent.
